We promote healthy life choices by encouraging you to put your energy toward your psychological, emotional and spiritual well being which are key elements to self-care.We impart an understanding of the connection between the body and emotions, promote self care strategies and a preventative, proactive approach to care and wellness, including deep breathing, meditation, visualization and imagery.

Stressful life events such as marriage, birth of a child, moving to a new home, change or loss of job, change in relationships, including separation, divorce, illness, caregiving and death of someone close to us, can compromise our health and lead to symptoms.

We promote self-care strategies and a preventative, proactive approach to wellness. You will learn more effective and healthier ways to manage the stressors in your life. Our aim is to take a proactive stance and minimize the health consequences of stress and anxiety.
